We’re excited to share that JPS Pool & Spa Services is transitioning our service operations to TrackIO by Fluidra this year. This platform allows us to streamline service scheduling, communication, and job tracking—creating a smoother and more transparent experience for our customers.

Our primary focus this month is equipment inspections and preventative maintenance. Identifying potential concerns early—before systems are running daily—helps prevent breakdowns, reduces service disruptions, and keeps your pool open when you need it most.


Water safety is also top of mind as we prepare for Water Safety Month in May. Clear, well-balanced water and properly functioning equipment go hand in hand when it comes to safety. From circulation and filtration to visibility and system reliability, every component plays a role in creating an environment that’s safe for swimmers and staff alike. Addressing these details in April helps ensure a safer and more confident start to the season.


This year also represents an important step forward in how we deliver service. We’ve heard your constructive feedback regarding our current service operations and reporting, and we truly appreciate the opportunity to improve. In response, we’re transitioning our service operations to TrackIO by Fluidra, allowing us to enhance scheduling accuracy, communication, and job documentation. This platform supports a smoother, more transparent experience for our customers and gives our technicians better tools to deliver consistent, high‑quality service. The goal is simple: work smarter, respond faster, and serve you better.


From my perspective managing daily service operations, I can say with confidence that the most efficient seasons are the ones built on early planning. Proactive inspections, scheduled maintenance, and open communication lead to fewer emergencies, less downtime, and a pool that performs reliably all season long.
